Banking Fraud Emails and Phone Calls

Please be on the alert for emails you receive from your bank or telephone calls. Despite the fact that these emails contain the official logo of the bank or the caller ID on your telephone states that it is your bank. It is best to provide no information. Simply look up the number of your Bank on your bank statement and call the bank directly. They will be able to tell you if they are trying to reach you or have contacted you for any reason. This alert is being posted due to receiving increased fraudulent activity appearing that it is coming from Wells Fargo Bank. This can happen with any bank. Just because an email contains a logo means nothing.
